Q: Can we find get NOTEiced products at any retail locations?
A:
YES! get NOTEiced products can be found at the following outstanding retail locations:
Bella Vita located in Collierville & Cordova, TN
Snug as a Bug located in Tyler, TX
 
Q: Are the artwork colors on your website true to those that I will receive in my printed order?
A:
In the majority of all cases the artwork colors you receive will be true to those that you see on our site. However, because all computer monitors are not created equally, there could possibly be a slight variation on the color you view and the color you receive.
 
Q: Do you print addresses on envelopes?
A:
No. We do not print directly on envelopes at this time. We do however, offer our fun address labels in either round or rectangular shapes as our option.
 
Q. Is there an apostrophe in the last name?
A.
No. The family name is plural, not possessive. The correct addition to the last name is "s" or "es" (ie: The Hubbards or you might prefer The Hubbard Family)
 
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A.
Orders will be shipped out to arrive within two-three weeks (depending on order volume) from receipt of your payment.
 
Q. Is there any way to receive an order sooner than the standard turnaround time?
A.
Yes. You may opt to pay a rush fee of $10.00 (per item, not per order). Regular shipping and handling charges still apply. Your rush order will be shipped out within three business days of receipt.
 
Q. Are personalized items refundable?
A.
No. Personalized items are non-refundable.  
 
Q. What if there is a misprint on my order?
A.
We make every effort to avoid printing errors, however, on the rare occasion that an order is misprinted through no fault of your own, we will promptly reprint the order and rush it to you at no additional cost. However, if the misprint is on your behalf then we will offer to re-print your order at 25% off of the original price.
 
Q. Do you offer a discount for high volume orders?

Yes. Please contact us via email or phone for specific information.
 
Q. Do you offer a pre-ordering service?
A.
Yes. We offer a complimentary pre-ordering service, which will allow expectant parents the ability to receive their envelopes in advance. This service is also available to those ordering moving announcements or invitations.
   
Q. What if I don't see a particular piece of artwork I'm looking for?
A.
We are constantly adding new pieces of artwork, however, if you don't see what you're looking for, please feel free to contact us.

Q. What are your shipping & handling charges?
A.
If you live in the local Memphis, TN or the local Raleigh, NC area you may opt to pick up your order - otherwise shipping & handling charges are as follows:

                                    up to $30.00 $4.00
                                    $30.01 - $60.00 $6.00
                                    $60.01 & up $8.00

*all orders are shipped via regular USPS mail. If you prefer to have your items shipped express or overnight please contact us for special pricing.
